Following the implementation of the updated audit system, a potential problem has arisen on systems that may have had a version of the old audit system running in the background. This conflict can cause an error message when booking in:
To resolve this issue, download the attached file and unzip to the server/computer hosting the SQL instance with the ProCal database, then follow these steps:
- Launch SQL Server Management Studio
- Connect to the ProCal instance
- Drag the unzipped file into the main SSMS window - code will appear. Press the 'execute' button:
- Once executed, a confirmation message will appear:
- The fix has been applied. Close SQL Server Management Studio and continue to work as normal
