To access the "Calibration Priority List" go to 'Reports' and then 'Calibration Priority List'.
The list can be set to the required view here or via a drop down list shown below.
There are several views available:
- List all booked in instruments
- This view provides a list of all instruments that are currently booked into the system
- List instruments awaiting calibration
- Lists all booked in instruments that are in status 'E: Received' and have a quote status of 'Go Ahead Given'
- List all instruments awaiting quote
- Lists all booked in instruments that currently have a quote status of 'Quote Required' or 'Awaiting Reply'
- List instruments awaiting paperwork/dispatch
- Lists all booked in instruments that are in status 'M: Awaiting Paperwork' or status 'N: In Despatch'. Users can go directly to the processing/dispatch module from this list
- List instruments awaiting repair
- Lists all booked in instruments that are in status 'L: Sent For Repair (Internal)'
- List instruments away with sub-contractor
- Lists all booked in instruments that are in status 'K: Sent For Cal/Repair (External)'
- List instruments for a specific customer
- Lists all booked in instruments for a specified customer, regardless of status.
Instruments that are marked as overdue are highlighted in red.
Instruments that are due today are highlighted in yellow.
Items that are marked for a fast turnaround service are highlighted in orange, regardless of due date.
All lists are ordered by days overdue.
With the list displayed as required you can now filter for jobs by their "Quote Status".
The process/dispatch function can be accessed directly from the priority list when in the "instruments awaiting paperwork/dispatch" view. To do this, select the item to process or dispatch from the grid, then click the "process/dispatch" button on the bottom of the screen.
