The Dymo connect app uses different label formats to the Dymo label app and thus will require all current labels to be opened and then saved in Dymo connect before they can be printed. The dymo conversion process may cause errors in the label formatting, so it is highly recommended to check each label after conversion.
To begin this process click the "Open" shortcut.
Then click "Browse".
Select the label you wish to convert then click "Open".
In the below example, you can see that formatting errors have occurred during the conversion. Correct the formatting as required but do not change object names.
Once the errors, if there were any, have been corrected click "Save".
Repeat this process for all required labels.
