- To view previously approved certificates in the Certificate Approval App, click the "history" button found on the top right hand side of the main screen
- This will display the approval history screen
The user can select how many records to show on screen at once using the "view" dropdown. The default is 25
- Warning: Selecting "all" could lead to a significant performance slowdown depending on the number of records residing in history
- The user can use search criteria to find previously approved certificates:
- Cert No: search for the certificate number that was previously approved
- Date: select a date. All certificates approved on that date will be displayed
- Signatory: select all records for a particular signatory
- Cert No: search for the certificate number that was previously approved
- Click the "search" button to perform the search once criteria have been entered
- A record's details can be viewed on selection in a similar way to certificates awaiting approval on the main screen
- Once a record is selected, the order PDF and the certificate can be viewed in a similar way to certificates awaiting approval on the main screen
- When viewing the certificate, the "reject" and "approve" options will be disabled due to the certificate already being approved
- Click "close" to exit the certificate view
- Once a record is selected, the order PDF and the certificate can be viewed in a similar way to certificates awaiting approval on the main screen
- Click the "exit" button on the top right hand side of the screen to return to the main screen
