A new feature has been added to ProCal-Track to help users track when certificates and orders have been approved and are ready for processing and dispatch.
This system is designed to work in tandem with the "batch book-in" system to help group instruments together correctly for process and dispatch. It is not recommended to use the legacy book-in system with remote approval.
- A new button is available on the process and dispatch screens called "Order Approval Statuses"
- Clicking this button takes the user to the order management screen
- The order management screen allows the user to check the approval status of all instruments within an order. The grid is colour coded to help users see at a glance where orders are ready to process/dispatch
- Green: All instruments on the order have been approved by a signatory
- Yellow: Some instruments on the order have been approved by a signatory
- Red: No instruments on the order have been approved by a signatory
- White: The order was not created via the batch book-in system and cannot be tracked by the colour coding system
- Clicking on an order will display details of the instruments within the order, including the instrument status and the certificate approval status
- The user can select an order and go directly to process/dispatch for the order by clicking the relevant button beneath the order list on the left hand side
- Once clicked, the relevant process/dispatch screen will be displayed, and can be used as normal. Any instruments that have not been approved by a signatory will not be available for process on dispatch, appearing in a light grey colour on the process/dispatch list
